These Terms of Service govern access to and purchase of shoes from Hong Kong Super Fun Limited through vgjwboots.com. By accessing vgjwboots.com, creating an account, or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms. If the customer does not agree, the customer must not use vgjwboots.com.
Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
The customer must be of legal age to form a binding contract in the customer's jurisdiction. The customer must provide accurate account information and must keep login credentials confidential. The customer is responsible for all activity under the customer's account. The customer must notify Hong Kong Super Fun Limited immediately of unauthorized account use or security breach.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through vgjwboots.com are offers to purchase shoes from Hong Kong Super Fun Limited. Hong Kong Super Fun Limited may accept or decline any order. An order is accepted only when Hong Kong Super Fun Limited sends an order confirmation. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and product availability are displayed at checkout. The customer must provide valid payment information. Hong Kong Super Fun Limited may cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
Shipping and Delivery
The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Hong Kong Super Fun Limited ships shoes to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. The customer must inspect the package upon receipt. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier to the customer's shipping address. The customer must follow the damaged goods procedure for any item that arrives damaged or defective.
Returns and 14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund for any reason within exactly 14 days from the date of delivery. The customer does not need to provide a reason. To request a refund, the customer must contact [email protected]. Shoes must be returned in original condition, unworn, with original packaging and tags. Hong Kong Super Fun Limited may reject a return that does not meet these condition requirements. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days after Hong Kong Super Fun Limited receives and approves the returned shoes. The refund may take longer based on the payment provider and financial institution. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must allow the full processing period. The 14 days refund request period begins on the date of delivery. Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for the no-reason refund policy. This policy is strict.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt and provide the order number, photographs, and a description of the damage or defect. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt are not eligible. Hong Kong Super Fun Limited may require the return of the damaged or defective item. If Hong Kong Super Fun Limited approves the claim, Hong Kong Super Fun Limited will provide a replacement or refund. Refund processing follows the Returns and 14 days No-Reason Refund Policy section, and refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. The 7 days claim period is strict.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in the currency displayed at checkout. The customer must pay all charges shown at checkout. The customer authorizes Hong Kong Super Fun Limited to charge the selected payment method. Hong Kong Super Fun Limited may use third-party payment processors. The customer must resolve payment disputes directly with the payment provider. Hong Kong Super Fun Limited may suspend orders while payment verification is pending.
Prohibited Conduct
The customer must not use vgjwboots.com for unlawful purposes. The customer must not scrape, copy, resell, or exploit vgjwboots.com content. The customer must not submit false orders, commit fraud, interfere with site security, upload malicious code, or violate intellectual property rights. Hong Kong Super Fun Limited may terminate access for any prohibited conduct.
Intellectual Property
All content on vgjwboots.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, belongs to Hong Kong Super Fun Limited or its licensors. The customer may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without written permission from Hong Kong Super Fun Limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hong Kong Super Fun Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Hong Kong Super Fun Limited total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or a purchase does not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the shoes giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify Hong Kong Super Fun Limited against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the customer's violation of these Terms, misuse of vgjwboots.com, or violation of any law or third-party right.
Termination
Hong Kong Super Fun Limited may suspend or terminate the customer's access to vgjwboots.com for violation of these Terms. The customer may stop using vgjwboots.com at any time. Sections concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The governing law is Hong Kong law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Changes to Terms
